In 1966, Mr. Or Kim Peow established Or Kim Peow Contractor engaging Civil Engineering Works with PWD. With the fast expansion of the company, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited was incorporated in 1977 to take over the existing business of the sole-proprietorship. OKP continued to expand its business and established its track records of civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore. OKP is a leader in civil engineering and infrastructure industry in Singapore where the group expertise is in the construction and maintenance of expressways flyovers, airport taxiways and runways, airport infrastructure and oil & gas infrastructure for oil storage terminals and petrochemical plants. The group has been constantly tendering actively in both public and private sectors for infrastructure and civil engineering and engineering projects for the last 50 years.  We have diversified our portfolios to property development & investment. OKP Holdings Limited were listed in Singapore exchange on 26^th July 02.

Over the 50 years, we had established close relationships with our clients from both private organisations and public sectors. For public sectors, we have JTC Corporation, Urban Redevelopment Authority(URA), Housing Development Board(HDB), Land Transport Authority(LTA) and many more. For Private organisations, we have clients from WorleyParsons Pte Ltd, Changi Airport Group, ExxonMobil and many others.

OKP’s continuous efforts and dedications to the industry and Singapore has been recognized by the industry and has thus received many awards and accolades. The Group continues to uphold its mission in providing top quality homes to all purchasers.

In 2011, OKP incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary corporation, OKP Land Pte. Ltd. The principal business activities of OKP Land Pte. Ltd. are investment holding and property development.

In 2012, OKP involved in an enbloc purchase of a condominium block at 8 Amber Road to develop a premium project – Amber Skye

In 2013. wholly-owned subsidiary corporation OKP Land Pte. Ltd. has formed a joint venture company, Lakehomes Pte. Ltd., with BBR Development Pte. Ltd., Evia Real Estate (5) Pte. Ltd., CNH Investment Pte. Ltd. and Ho Lee Group Pte Ltd to develop an executive condominium, LakeLife at Yuan Ching Road

In 2018, the group acquired their first overseas property at East Perth in Australia together with HSB Holdings Pte Ltd. The land parcel will be developed into a freehold modern office located at 6-8 Bennett Street.

In the same year, we secured 2 tenders to acquire 2 land parcels. One at Chong Kuo Road in Singapore for $43.9 million with Lian Soon Holdings with plans to develop to a condominium – The Essence

And another tender at 71 – 85 Phoenix Avenue, Former Phoenix Heights in Singapore with plans to redevelop the property into a luxury condominium – Phoenix Residences.

Phoenix Residences will be our latest residential development in district 23 along Phoenix Avenue.
